Perlane Injections In Toronto & Manhattan

Perlane^® is a soft tissue filler similar to Restylane that is used to restore facial volume and add a more youthful contour to the face. Perlane^® is a hyuralonic acid based filler that is often used to re-shape areas of the face and correct deep fold and wrinkles. Dr. Born has been treating patients with Perlane^® for many years and has instructed other physicians on the use of Perlane and injection technique. Dr. Born will work carefully with you to ensure that your Perlane^® treatment gives you an enhanced yet natural look.

The procedure involves the injection of Perlane^® into the treatment area. Often, Dr. Born will freeze the area prior to treatment in order to maximize patient comfort. Treatment time is anywhere between 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the number of areas treated.

Immediately after the treatment, you may experience some side effects including redness, swelling and tenderness at the injections site. These effects are temporary and should resolve in a few days.
