Restylane^® Injections In Toronto & Manhattan

Restylane^® is an injectable filler used to restore facial volume and add a more youthful contour to the face.  The main ingredient of Restylane^® is hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally present in human skin which attracts and binds water molecules to help maintain volume. Restylane is often used to restore volume around the nasal labial folds, cheeks, lips and eyes, and can also be used to correct or augment the shape of the nose and chin.

Dr. Born has been treating patients with Restylane for many years and routinely instructs other physicians on the use of Restylane^® and injection technique. Dr. Born will work carefully with you to ensure that your Restylane^® treatment gives you an enhanced yet natural look.

The procedure involves the injection of Restylane^® into the treatment area. Treatment time is anywhere between 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the number of areas treated.

Immediately after the treatment, you may experience some side effects including redness, swelling and tenderness at the injection site. These effects are temporary and should resolve in a few days.
